At Jerseys Authority, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is any issue with your order, our team is here to help and guide you through the appropriate next steps.

Exchanges & Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will review your case and provide the proper assistance based on the situation.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us and provide clear photos or a video showing the problem.

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or another form of support depending on the case.

Return or Exchange Requests

To request a return or exchange, please contact our team through WhatsApp and include:

  • your order number
  • a brief explanation of the issue
  • photos or videos if necessary

Our support team will then guide you through the next steps.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • the request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • the item must be unused
  • the item must be in its original condition
  • the item must include its original packaging and accessories, when applicable

Important Policy Notes

Please read the following carefully:

  • We do not accept exchanges based on incorrect size selection made by the customer.
  • Size charts are available on product pages to help customers choose more accurately before ordering.
  • Personalized items, customized jerseys, and promotional gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Orders with custom names, numbers, or patches cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless there is a confirmed defect or fulfillment error.
  • We do not accept items that show signs of use, misuse, damage caused after delivery, or requests submitted outside the return period.
  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Jerseys Authority is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by our team.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • refund review and approval may take up to 7 business days
  • credit card refunds may take 30 to 90 days depending on the financial institution
  • PayPal refunds are processed according to PayPal’s policies and timelines
