Shipping Options

Free Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 15 to 21 business days after shipment.

Priority Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 6 to 16 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, seasonal demand, and carrier operations.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the delivery status of your package.

Tracking Information

All eligible orders include tracking. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after shipment, depending on the carrier and logistics system.

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.

Delivery Guarantee

We stand behind every order placed at Jerseys Authority.

If your package is not delivered within 70 business days from the shipment date, you may request either:

  • a full refund, or
  • a reshipment

Import Duties and Customs Fees

Customers will not be responsible for import or customs charges related to their order.

If any applicable fees arise during the shipping process, they will be covered by Jerseys Authority.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete:

  • If the order has not been shipped yet, you may request a correction within 1 business day after purchase at no additional cost.
  • If the order has already been shipped or is returned due to an incorrect address, a $20 reshipping fee will apply.

Delays Outside Our Control

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally happen due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • customs inspections
  • carrier delays
  • logistics congestion
  • postal interruptions
  • high-demand periods such as holidays, sales events, or major sports seasons

We appreciate your patience in these situations.

Returns and Exchanges

Return and exchange requests may be submitted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our store policies.

Accepted cases include:

  • damaged items
  • defective products
  • incorrect items received
  • wrong size, model, or customization sent by our team

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • unused
  • in original condition
  • with original tags attached

Important Notes

Please note the following:

  • We do not accept exchanges based on incorrect size selection by the customer.
  • Size charts are available on product pages to help with sizing decisions.
  • Customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Refunds cannot be issued while an order is still in transit.
  • Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the issue was caused by our team.
