JERSEYS AUTHORITY 60" SMART TV GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES

A QUALIFYING PURCHASE WITH A FINAL ORDER TOTAL OF $120 USD OR MORE AFTER DISCOUNTS IS REQUIRED TO ENTER.

1. Sponsor

The Jerseys Authority 60" Smart TV Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Jerseys Authority.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to residents of the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Each participant must place a separate qualifying order in their own name using valid customer information. The person identified on the qualifying order is the participant associated with that entry.

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on September 4, 2026 and ends on December 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET).

Orders placed before the Promotion Period begins or after it ends are not eligible.

4. Qualifying Purchase

To enter, a participant must place an order at jerseysauthority.com during the Promotion Period with a final order total of $120 USD or more after discounts.

The order must be successfully placed using valid customer information and a valid email address.

Cancelled, fully refunded, fraudulent, chargeback, test, or otherwise invalid orders do not qualify.

Once a qualifying order is confirmed, the purchaser receives one (1) entry into the Giveaway.

5. One Entry Per Person

Limit one (1) entry per person during the entire Promotion Period.

Only the first qualifying order associated with a participant is needed to validate that participant's entry.

Additional qualifying purchases by the same person do not provide additional entries or additional chances to win.

Different people in the same family, household, workplace, or social circle may each participate if each person places a separate qualifying order in their own name and meets all entry requirements.

Jerseys Authority may use customer name, email address, order information, and shipping information to identify duplicate entries and maintain the one-entry-per-person limit.

6. Prizes

First Prize

One (1) Philips 60" Class QLED 4K UHD Google Smart TV.

Second Prize

Three (3) jerseys of the winner's choice from the Jerseys Authority online store, available in Men's or Women's styles, with standard name personalization included on each jersey. Selections are subject to product, style, and size availability at the time of fulfillment.

Third Prize

One (1) $50 Jerseys Authority Gift Card.

There will be three (3) different winners. Maximum one (1) prize per person.

7. Random Drawing

Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing is scheduled for December 9, 2026.

The first eligible entry selected will be the potential First Prize winner, the second eligible entry selected will be the potential Second Prize winner, and the third eligible entry selected will be the potential Third Prize winner.

Chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the contact information associated with their qualifying order.

Each potential winner will have 72 hours from the time the notification is sent to respond and complete the requested verification steps.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours, does not meet the entry requirements, or does not complete verification, Jerseys Authority may select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Winner Announcement

Verified winners are expected to be announced by December 11, 2026.

Jerseys Authority may identify winners using limited information such as first name, last initial, and state.

10. Prize Fulfillment

Physical prizes are expected to be shipped within approximately 15 days after winner verification.

Winners are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and cooperating with delivery arrangements.

Prizes are non-transferable. The Jerseys Authority Gift Card is subject to the store's standard gift card terms.

11. Information Used for Giveaway Administration

Information associated with qualifying orders may be used to confirm participation, identify duplicate entries, contact potential winners, and fulfill prizes.

12. Fair Participation

Jerseys Authority may remove an entry if a participant provides false information, uses fraudulent transactions, attempts to create more than one entry for the same person, tampers with the entry process, or interferes with the fair operation of the Giveaway.

If a technical issue or other operational problem materially affects the Giveaway, Jerseys Authority may pause or adjust the promotion as needed to preserve a fair drawing.

13. Acceptance of Rules

By participating through a qualifying purchase, each participant agrees to these Official Rules and to the procedures used by Jerseys Authority to administer the Giveaway.
